WebXpress recognises the importance that the online community places on the confidentiality of individuals' personal and/or sensitive details and on how organisations manage the information they collect and hold regarding individuals.

The Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 (effective 21stDecember 2001) sets out guidelines on how private sector organisations(such as WebXpress) should treat personal and/or sensitive information they collect and hold on individuals.

WebXpress is committed to respecting the rights of individuals,including their expectations of privacy, and fully supports and adheres to the principles contained within the legislative privacy guidelines.

In a nutshell, this means WebXpress provides a means for you to update and/or delete any personally identifiable information held by us. At present, our newsletter mailing list is the only feature on this website which stores such information. You can access this feature to update your details or remove yourself from the mailing list here.
